{ cherry choco mini cakes }

These little chocolate cakes are a much requested favorite with my friends and family. I get a lot of questions about the recipe, and people can't believe when I tell the secret ingredient. Mayo, it makes the cakes so soft and moist. I wrote about the cakes for last Valentine's Day - get the recipe here. This is my summer version of the successful recipe. Highly recommended!
