I'm excited - new designs from Iittala! Iittala just launched a new concept, the Art Works collection. The idea of the collection is to give a different designer every year, along with a team of craftsmen, an opportunity to explore their creativity, experiment with their chosen materials and push the boundaries of art and design. Iittala’s international breakthrough in the 1950s and 1960s was largely driven by the exquisite art pieces, and the new collection continues this tradition.
Harri Koskinen, a world known Finnish designer begins the Art Works collection with these extraordinary pieces. These are true pieces of art. Absolutely beautiful.

These blackouts are the direct result of India’s over-reliance on coal, and are not because they do not have enough coal. This should be an eye-opener: coal is failing the country and the poor.
