Feeling crafty? These diy projects make party planning fun. A handmade menu wheel and lighted paper garland give any fall party that little extra something. You can find the full instructions for the menu wheel here, and for the garland here.
The clever designs are created by Anna Bond, an illustrator and paper goods designer from Rifle Design. Anna is a contributor at Once Wed, and she also writes the Rifle blog. Busy woman! I just love her work. (Psst, Rifle shop coming soon!)
I've seen so many great craft projects for parties lately that I really want to have a great big party with lovely diy decorations. I never really have parties, I guess I'm too shy and nervous for such, I' always just worry if people were enjoying themselves and if everything was perfect. But maybe I'll just need to relax and have a fun relaxed party:) It would be a good excuse to do some crafts :D

Sounds familiar, Katja! I always have a few butterflies in my stomach when the guest arrive, even they were just close friends. But after a while, I feel relaxed and able to enjoy the party fully myself too. The more casual and easy going, the more fun it is for the host and the guests. I'm already thinking about inviting people over for Halloween - the perfect type of party for crafting:)
