{ vanilla espresso cocktail }

After dinner this weekend, skip the dessert and enjoy a sweet cocktail instead. This cocktail is a mix of creamy vanilla sauce and espresso with a kick from vodka and coffee liqueur. The recipe is for two servings, so multiply it according to the size of your party. Have a fun weekend!

Ingredients (serves 2)

- 3 shots espresso, chilled
- 2 shots coffee liqueur
- 2 shots vodka
- 2 shots store bought vanilla sauce
- 2 shots milk
- a touch of cinnamon
- ice cubes for serving

Make espresso and let cool completely before mixing. Combine the liquids with ice in a cocktail shaker. If vanilla sauce is not available in your store, use cream with a touch of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar instead. Add a small pinch of cinnamon. Shake and strain into glasses over ice cubes.
